Photoshoot

Schedule an appointment to set the date for the photo shoot.
Sessions are available Monday through Thursday.
Suggested locations for the photo shoot:

*It is advisable to schedule 4 to 6 weeks before the event, or earlier if you already have all the accessories and clothing.

Service outside the City
Mobilization cost:
$150 for locations outside of zip code 77023, more than 35 miles away, or a second location if required.

*The location can be arranged according to your needs.

What to bring on the day of the photo shoot:

Cold water; Shorts; Flat shoes or sandals; A small towel for drying your face; Makeup sponge for touch-ups.

Note: Weather conditions will be monitored to determine if it is necessary to cancel or change the location of the photo shoot. Makeup and hair styling expenses will not be covered if these changes are necessary.

Photo and Frame Selection

After the photo session, the photos will be edited. A private link will be sent to you, allowing you to choose your preferred photo based on its orientation, whether for the cover or landscape. Additional editing will be performed to correct and adjust the image to the necessary parameters for a framed photo, in terms of size and resolution. *If you need to make a change, you have 48 hours; otherwise, an additional charge of $150 per image will apply.

Regarding the frame color, the available options will be sent and the customer should choose according to their preference.

Instructions for the Day of the Event

We will arrive at your home 15 to 30 minutes before the party bus or limousine leaves for the party, to take photos and videos.
We will move to a spot in the park to take pictures with friends.
We suggest taking photos of the guests 30 minutes before the big presentation.
We recommend photographing the cake after the guest photos and before the presentation.
During the presentation, be sure to look at the photographer with each sponsor to capture the best pictures before they leave the area.
During the special dance with mom, dad, and other family members, try to look at the photographer at least once to get great pictures.

Say hello to the video camera when you see it!

Delivery times for Photography and Video services (apx)

Delivery of event files within 5 days max. (Photos and video)
The images are delivered to a private gallery via text message or email.
Open the file, "Approve" a maximum of 80 images that you like the most.
Personalized albums will have a delivery time of 60 days once the photos selected by the customer are received.
