Photo Session

• Coordinate an appointment to set the date of the photo shoot.

• Sessions are available Monday through Thursday.

• Suggested locations for the photo shoot:

*For best results, we suggest booking 4 to 6 weeks in advance, or sooner if you have all your props and attire ready.

Out-of-City Service:

• Ride Fee: $150 for locations outside the 77023 zip code, more than 35 miles away, or a second place if so desired. requiera

What to Bring on the Day of the Photoshoot:

• Cold water, Shorts or comfortable pants, Flat shoes or sandals, A small towel for face drying,

• Makeup sponge for touch-ups

Please be aware that the weather will be closely monitored to decide if any changes or cancellations are necessary for the photo shoot location. However, any makeup or hairstyling costs incurred due to these adjustments will not be reimbursed.

Photo and Frame Selection

After the photo shoot, your photographic material will be edited. A completely confidential link will be sent to you, allowing you to choose the photo based on its position, whether it's a cover photo or a landscape photo. Additional editing will be performed to correct and adjust the image to the necessary parameters for a framed photo, in terms of size and resolution. *If you need to make a change, you have 48 hours to do so; otherwise, an additional charge of $150 per image will apply.

Regarding the frame color, available options will be sent, and the customer must choose based on their preference. *If you require an exchange, you also have 48 hours to do so; otherwise, an additional $250 charge will apply.

Instructions for the Day of the Event

We shall arrive at your abode 15-30 minutes prior to the grand departure of the party bus or limo, ready to capture enchanting moments through photo and video.

• Our journey will lead us to a picturesque park, where memories with friends shall be immortalized in photographs.

• We suggest gathering for Guest Photos 30 minutes ahead of the majestic presentation. It is advisable to capture the cake photos following the guest portraits and before the presentation unfolds.

• During the presentation, kindly direct your gaze towards the photographer alongside each sponsor to ensure the finest captures before they depart the scene.

• As you share a special dance with your mother, father, and cherished relatives, remember to glance at the photographer at least once each time for truly magical photos.

• Revel in the festivities, and let your smiles shine bright!

 Don't forget to wave at the video camera when it graces your presence!

Delivery times for the Photography and Video service (apx)

• Your products are expected to be ready for delivery within 2 to 4 weeks. However, personalized albums will take longer, with a delivery timeframe of 60 days after we receive the customer's chosen photos.

• Basic slide shows are complimentary, but images must be submitted via WhatsApp to 281-704-7364 no less than 5 days before the event.

• Customized Slide Shows, adorned with additional effects, will incur extra fees. $150
